Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Methods We ship via Australia Post and offer the following shipping options:

- Express Shipping (Australia)
- International Shipping
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Free Shipping We offer FREE standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100 AUD.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping (Australia): 3-7 business days for metro areas, 5-10 business days for regional and remote areas
- Express Shipping (Australia): 1-3 business days for metro areas, 2-5 business days for regional areas
- International Shipping: 7-21 business days depending on destination country

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your parcel through the Australia Post website.
International Orders For international orders, please note:

- Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country
